Cancellation requests can be submitted via the platform up to 48 hours before the session date/time.
Self-Pay Clients
If cancellation requests are received up to 48 hours before the session date/time, a full refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to complete. If the request is made within 48 hours or you do not log in for the session, fees are non-refundable.
Insurance Clients
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the session date/time will release the authorised session. This can be booked again for another date. My Online Therapy can only invoice your insurance company for completed sessions that you attend, so if you cancel within 48 hours or do not log in for the session, you will be liable to pay the session fee.
