How do I redeem a Unidays voucher for self-care?

Once you’ve redeemed your Self-care voucher from your Unidays account, you can then:

1. Visit https://my.app.myonlinetherapy.com/
2. Register and create an account
3. From there, go to the Self-care tab and select “Start your free trial”
4. You will then see a screen where you can enter your voucher, getting access to Self-care at a 50% discount

Please know that you can only apply a code to accounts without active subscriptions. If you are trying to apply a code to an active subscription, you will need to cancel the renewal and let it expire, then apply the code.
