Clients can request a reschedule for an upcoming session from their profile for anything that is more than 48 hours in advance. The reschedule request will be sent to their psychologist who will be able to review and accept the request via the platform.
You are not able to reschedule a session within 48 hours of the date/time on your profile. If you are not able to make your session and are unable to request to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours you would need to speak directly with your psychologist.
- Go to My Account
- Click on the Sessions tab
- Select Scheduled or All
- Select the Session
- Click the three dots
- Press on Reschedule Session
- Select the month, the date and the hour
- Tick the Reschedule policy
- Click on the Reschedule Session
