From time to time you may need to contact your psychologist in between appointments. You can do this by sending a mesasge via your My Online Therapy account. Please note that many of our psychologists work part-time at My Online Therapy and may take some days to respond to you. Your psychologist will typically be unable to offer clinical support or advice outside of appointments, unless this has been pre-agreed with them
How to send a direct message
Log into your account via the app or web browser.
Press “Start A Conversation”
Click on your Psychologist's name
Find “Type A Message” and type in the text box
Press the arrow at the end of the field to send the message
