My Online Therapy welcomes clients who pay by private insurance and submit invoices for completed sessions.
When a client does not turn up for a session or cancels within 48 hours, we can't invoice the insurance company and the client becomes liable to pay.
If a client has an excess on their policy or is liable to pay in contribution to their claim, the payment due will be processed using the stored credit/debit card details in the My Online Therapy account.
A receipt will be sent to your registrered emails of all transactions
