In line with your standard policy terms, sessions can only be booked to take place during your active policy year. If you do not renew your policy and your policy expires, any sessions booked to take place after the expiry date will be cancelled and you will have the option to re-book as a self-paying client.
If sessions have taken place after the expiry date, you will be liable to pay for the invoice generated as Vitality will no longer cover the sessions.
