A client may need to update the email address they have used to register their account with. Following the steps below will allow you to do this:
- Log into the client account
- Click the avatar beside name in the top right hand corner to access the account details section
- Beside the field containing the email address click “Edit”
- Enter the email address you wish to use and press “Next”
- An email will be sent to the address you have chosen containing a verification code.
- Open the email and either copy or take note of the code.
- Paste or type the code into the “Enter Email Verification Code” field
- Press “Update Email”
- You will see a pop up saying “Email Successfully Verified”
Notes: The email verification code is only valid for 30 minutes. If you do not enter the code within this time, you will need to repeat the steps again.
